Are your coats made of real fur?

No. All our coats are made of faux fur, 100% polyester, without any materials of animal origin.

How do I choose my size?

Our coats are available in S/M and L/XL, with an oversized fit designed to be worn loose. If in doubt, write to us with your measurements, and we will advise you on the right size.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 1 to 3 business days in France. A tracking link is sent to you by email. We also deliver across Europe and internationally: 3 to 7 business days.

Can I return or exchange my coat?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. The coat must be unworn and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Once the package has been received, you will be refunded within 14 days.

How do I care for my coat?

Follow the sewn-in label: wash at a maximum of 30°C, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, iron at low temperature. Dry cleaning is possible.
